1) Supported language

We support English,Simplified Chinese and Tranditional Chinese
The language selection bar resides at the top-right of each page. You can change the language setting at any time you want.

2)Page layout

Each page has three parts:

1. Top quick menu (Including Sign Up, Order History and Purchase Guide) and language menu
2. The right is the shoppng cart and service menu, it provides all the useful menu items
3. The rest is the content area

1. Sign Up a user account

1)Click the [Sign Up] link at left side

2)Fill the register form

Note:

• If your user name exists in the system, you have to choose another one, otherwise, you can complete the registration.
• If your email address is incorrect or not working, you can complete the registration

3)After registration, the server will send a email which contains a temporary password to your email box

4)Use the temporary password to login, set a new password for yourself

2. Choose your favourite calling card

1)View the calling card information

• View introduction of each calling card at the home page/calling card list page
• Click the calling card, enter the detailed information page. You can view all access number, rate and instruction

2)Choose the calling cards

• At the home page, choose the quanity, click [Buy Now] button
• In the detailed information page, choose quantity, click [Buy Now] button

3)View choosen calling cards

• After clicking the [Buy Now] button, you will be redirected to the shopping cart page, you can view all choosen calling cards
• When visit our website, if your shopping cart is not empty, the shopping cart box will appear at the top of left side

4)Change your order

1)Entering Shopping Cart Page

• After clicking the [Buy Now] button, you will be redirected to the shopping cart page, you can view all choosen calling cards
• When visit our website, if your shopping cart is not empty, the shopping cart box will appear at the top of left side, click the [Shopping Cart] link in the box

2)Change the QTY of one calling card

In the row of the calling card, enter a new qty, click the [Update] link

Note: You can only change one card at a time

3)Delete the calling card

In the row of the calling card, click the [Remove] link

Note: You can only remove one card at a time

4)Empty the shopping cart

Click the [Empty Cart] link

3. Pay by Visa or MasterCard

1)Entering shopping cart page

• After clicking the [Buy Now] button, you will be redirected to the shopping cart page, you can view all choosen calling cards
• When visit our website, if your shopping cart is not empty, the shopping cart box will appear at the top of left side, click the [Shopping Cart] link in the box

2)Click the [Checkout] link

3)Fill the payment information

• All fileds are required
• When filling the verification code, you shall fill the 8 digits which shown in the right side picture
• At present we only support Visa and Master
• You name and address information shall be exactly same as your credit card application form

4)Click the [Submit] button, there are several results:

1. If the information is correct, you credit balance is enought, you will be redirected in the Checkout Confirmation page
2. If the information is incorrect (e.g. your enter wrong login name and password, invalid credit card number, empty filed, you will be redirected to the previous page with error message
3. If you credit balance is not enough, you will be redirected the shopping cart page with your current credit balance
4. If one or more calling card's stock is low, you will be redirected to the previous page with error message

5)Checkout Confirmation

1. You can review the information you entered. If incorrect, click [Modify] button to go back to previous page to change
2. You can choose to save the address information for next time use. If choose "Yes", the information will be encrypted and saveed to your computer as cookie
3. You can choose to send a encrypted PIN email.
4. You have to accept our condition to complete the order.
5. Click [Submit] to continue

6)Payment processing

1. After submitting the information, the server will transfer your information to payment gateway via SSL tunnel. It takes about 20 seconds to 1 minute
2. The server get the returned code from the payment gateway
3. If all your information is correct, your credit card is ok, the transaction will be approved. You will be redirect to the Order success page
4. If any problem, you will be redirected to checkout page will error message

7)Order success page

1. You can review your order
2. If you choose sending a encrypted PIN email, you will be remind to write down the password the PIN email. The password usually is the verification code.

4. Check your email or view online to get the PINs

1)Check PIN via email

1. After each success order, you will get a PIN email
2. It may take 1 - 30 minutes to get the email, depending on the mail router and your email server
3. Depending on your setting, the email may contain or zip for text file as attachment
4. You can use WinZip or WinRAR to open the Zip file
5. You use NotePad to open you text file

2)Check PIN online

1. After order success, you can view your PIN online immediately
2. Click the [Order History] link
3. File your login name and password
4. You can review all orders and PINs withing last 180 days
5. The later orders resides topper

5. Other functions

1)Change Password

1. Click [Change Password] link in the service menu
2. Enter your user name, old password and new password twice
3. Click [Submit]
4. You will get the result of the operation

2)Forget Password

1. Click the [Forget Password] link the service menu
2. Entering your login name, then click [Submit] You will get the Verify code
3. Go back to Forget Password page, enter the login name and verify code again
4. The server will set a new password for you
